Loc/Precision Laser Loc-1.5

The Laser Loc was intended to be my second project; a minimum diameter high-performance 38mm rocket with fiberglass swept delta fins.  The Laser Loc has been around for a long time, and is still available in the "custom engineering" section of the Loc/Precision web site.  The kit has some nice features:  A well executed and nicely fitting ogive balsa nose cone, laser cut fiberglass 1/16" swept delta fins, and machined (or laser cut?) grooves for the root edges of the fins at the base of the cardboard main body tube. 

I purchased this kit in 1997 as a logical next-step after the Loc/Precision Legacy, but the more I was learning about the hobby, the more I started thinking bigger, so I purchased the BlackSky Optimal 65 before I even started the Laser Loc, and the nice looking kit sits in my home office un-molested to this day.
